PURCHASE & RETURNS

Custom Purchase & Production Policy

At J’ené, each custom piece is approached as a collaborative luxury commission — thoughtfully designed, individually sourced, and crafted exclusively for the client it was created for.

To preserve the integrity of our process and ensure a seamless bespoke experience, all custom orders follow the payment structure outlined below.

Design Consultation & Project Initiation

Once your estimate and design partnership have been confirmed, a nonrefundable payment equal to 10% of the estimated project total is required to begin the creative development process.

This initial phase includes:
• Concept refinement
• Stone sourcing
• Design direction
• Preliminary planning and consultation

This payment secures your project within our production schedule and initiates the custom design process.

Design Approval & Production Authorization

Following the initial design phase, an additional 40% of the estimated total is due prior to production.

At this stage, clients will receive finalized design materials, which may include:
• CAD renderings
• Stone selections
• Measurements and specifications
• Final design confirmation

Once approved, your piece enters production and materials are reserved specifically for your order.

 

Final Balance & Shipment

Upon completion of production, the remaining balance is due in full prior to shipment or delivery.

For transparency and peace of mind, the final project total will not exceed the original estimate by more than 3%, excluding client-requested upgrades or modifications approved after the initial estimate.

Each completed J’ené piece is delivered with:
• Professional quality inspection
• Lab Diamond certification (where applicable)
• Secure insured shipping with signature confirmation

Because every J’ené design is handcrafted exclusively for the individual client, all payments made toward custom commissions are final and nonrefundable.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this custom purchase and production policy.

Custom Order & Final Sale Policy

At J’ené, every piece is created exclusively for the individual it was designed for. From stone sourcing and custom CAD development to hand-finishing and final inspection, each order is a personalized luxury commission crafted with intention, precision, and care.

Because all pieces are custom made to your approved specifications, all orders are considered final sale once production has begun.

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks on custom pieces under any circumstances.

Prior to production, clients are provided with detailed design confirmations, stone selections, and/or CAD renderings for approval to ensure every detail reflects their vision before creation begins. Once approval and deposit payment are received, materials are secured and craftsmanship begins immediately on your one-of-one piece.

To preserve the integrity of our custom process and protect the time, artistry, and resources dedicated to each commission, approved orders cannot be modified or reversed after production has started.

Each completed piece arrives with:
• Lab Diamond certification (where applicable)
• Professional quality inspection
• Secure insured shipping with signature confirmation

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
